UK Wide Position: Manager and Clinical Support Midwife.

Background Information

My client is one of the UK's leading breastfeeding product companies; they design, manufacture and market breastfeeding devices. They specialise in breastfeeding products, with a focus towards the parent. Appreciating the intricacies of the process from the parents prospective.

Role Description

The successful candidate will manage the UK and ideally be open to UK travel. The role will require extensive UK travel. The successful candidate will be selling to and providing training support to retailers, nurses, procurement departments and hospital management within the NHS and the private sector.

The candidate will report to the Managing Director and must ideally have:

• A midwifery degree.
• Marketing experience/ brand manager
• A proven track record in product sales.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• The ability to continue providing the unrivalled level of customer service our client has built its reputation on.
• The ability to be self-sufficient in the field and develop long term relationships.

Package.

The package for this position is extremely competitive and one of the top end packages for the industry.

• 30,000 to 40,000 based on experience.
• Bonus - 5%
• Car + mileage expense.
