What the job entails.
As the successful Channel Controller you will be expected to develop a long term strategy for the Wholesale channel delivering competitive advantage and profitable growth. You will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a large team of direct reports of National Account Managers and National Account Executives. This role is a high profile position internally as you will play a leading part in the creation of the future vision for the strategy of the business.

This is a vital role within the organisation to be a part of the Senior Leadership team. This is a very autonomous role which provides the opportunity to develop your career across a variety of accounts and brands, with genuine progression on offer.

The successful Channel Controller will:

    • Have current experience in one of the following roles: Customer Business Manager, Senior National Account Manager, Customer Account Manager, Channel Controller or equivalent.
    • Have current experience within a Branded/Blue Chip FMCG organisation and must have current or previous experience within wholesale
    • Strong leadership skills gained through managing a team of direct reports.
    • Excellent project management skills including issue and conflict resolution
    • Preferably be degree educated or equivalent.

Our client is looking to pay a very competitive basic salary + bonus + company car + pension + healthcare + other company benefits

This is a home based opportunity, with 1 / 2 days in West London.
