Boutique, Tailored Supply Chain Software manufacturer continues growth with the UK’s largest blue chip retailers.

The company

The exciting position of Senior Account Manager is now available. You have the opportunity to grow a very fulfilling career with an innovative and unique software provider of Supply Chain Management software, sold to Manufacturers and Retailers. This unique manufacturer own their entire supply chain including procurement, R&D and have experienced double digit growth, since company inception in 2001.  

You will be working for a boutique designer and manufacturer of Supply Chain Management software who have invested over £15milllion into R&D, culminating in an unrivalled time/cost/quality proposition, used by the UK’s leading retailers in fashion, grocery, white goods, and cosmetics markets.

The business continue to excel with growth in the UK and a rapid expansion into Europe. This combined with the fact 2 of their major accounts are close to renewal dates, to maintain customer satisfaction and to future proof the business, a Senior Account Manager is required.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have worked in a retailer or a service industry, selling a consultative solution into retailers. That solution could be staff/hardware/software/managed services, but needs to be a service/solution into the retail supply chain, incorporating its Warehouses/DC’s/Home Delivery/E-Fulfilment.

You will know and understand the problems, issues and constraints within a retail supply chain and can empathetically verbalise those to decision makers within the retail environment.

You will understand the retailers “cost to serve”

 You will be selling a bespoke solution, tailored to each individual customer.

You will have a track record of happy customers and a demonstrable record of customer retention.

The ability to accommodate the companies succession plan and evolve this position into a directorship.
