Customer Marketing Controller- On Trade

Based: Chiswick London

Salary: £60,000+

Pernod Ricard UK is looking for a dynamic and strategic Customer Marketing Controller for the On Trade channel. The key purpose of this role is to enable delivery of brand strategies in the On Trade channel and develop a channel and customer specific Customer Marketing strategy in line with brand plans.  Additionally the role will require you to identify major channel/category initiatives that will optimise channel performance.

The Customer Marketing function facilitates the flow of information between the Commercial and Marketing teams in order to deliver against the Company’s brand and commercial objectives. The teams are responsible for the development and execution of Customer Marketing activity with customers.

Essential Requirements

For this role we require strong customer/trade marketing skills developed in the On Trade sector, either within a Brand Owner or On Trade retail business. Strong people management skills are crucial.  This position is a senior management level opportunity having direct influence and interaction with relevant leadership teams, as such candidates will need to demonstrate a high level of gravitas, energy and commercial awareness. Strong analytical, strategic and planning skills are also essential.
