Dynamic drinks wholesaler, delivering to customer from local pubs through to 5 star hotels in Central London and the M25, is looking for a Sales Director with a proven track record of success in the wholesale drinks market.

This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in the continued success and profitable growth of a business identified in recent Plimsoll report as being one of the best performing companies in drinks wholesaling.

The Role

• Manage, motivate and develop sales team setting clear P&L objectives and performance KPI’s.
• Recruit & expand sales team.
• Drive sales focus through mid-premium and high-end on trade accounts.
• Develop effective networks to deliver pipeline of prospects in mid-premium and high-end on trade sector.
• Key account management of flagship customer accounts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to review and develop product ranges to ensure portfolio continually evolves in-line with market trends.

Experience & Personal Qualities

• Proven success in sales management in the wholesale drinks trade.
• Well connected in M25 and London.
• Very strong inter-personal communication skills.
• Great commercial acumen.
• A high level of personal drive and integrity with a firm but fair management style.
• Hunger to build new business based on delivering excellent account management and delivery service.
• A team player.
