A role model for your team, you’ll show everyone what a great department looks like. Selfridge's is a seven day a week operation and some weekend working is essential, but as an experienced retail professional, you’ll understand and be flexible.

Fluency in English is essential, Arabic would be an advantage but not essential.

KNOW THE ROLE



In this key role, you’ll make sure your area excels in every sense – not just sales, profit and costs, but team performance, customer service, stock and displays. In fact, you’ll look upon the concession as your own personal business and take pride in its achievements. Ultimately, your aim will be to create an extraordinary experience for customers and your team. That means upholding high standards; inspiring your people; and putting our values front and centre. With your flexible, hands-on management style, your department will be an example for the rest of the business.

It’s a great opportunity to be working in small but rapidly expanding company in one of London’s leading department stores.

You will report directly into the Operations Director and Founder and manage a small sales team.
