Job Title: Senior Brand Manager
Location: M4/M40 corridor – Bucks/Berks
Package: £50k to £55k + car allowance + 20% bonus + benefits

As a Senior Brand Manager, reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be a dynamic, entrepreneurial SBM who will help devise and implement the marketing strategy for the business. In addition, you will manage an Assistant Brand Manager and using consumer and customer insights you will develop a clear branded innovation pipeline. You will also contribute to the communications strategy so TV, social media and activation experience would be beneficial.

We are looking for a candidate with a classical full mix FMCG background gained ideally within a branded food environment. In addition, you will have strong NPD exposure in order to bring new products to market and will have a proven track record on innovation launches. Also, you will be used to working autonomously within a small team.
