Shopper Marketing Manager

We have a range of innovative regional and global beverage brands, including: Tata Tea, Tetley, Good Earth, Jemca, Vitax, Eight o’clock, Himalayan, Grand and Laager.

Reporting to the Director of Customer & Shopper Marketing, your role will be to drive exposure of the Tetley brand to the UK tea shopper at every point of purchase and throughout their shopper journey. As an integral part of the commercial team, you will create and execute an innovative shopper marketing strategy, in-store & online, to maximise the effectiveness of the TGB brand plans, and customer specific promotions. A newly created role, you manage a sizeable budget and will champion the needs of the shopper within the TGB UK commercial team.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have experience in implementing shopper marketing campaigns with multiple retailers, both in-store and online. Ideally with at least 2-3 years’ experience in an FMCG Shopper Marketing role you’ll have strong relationship building skills as well as a positive attitude and the tenacity to make things happen.
