Pharmacy Business Managers

We have vacancies for Pharmacy Business Managers in our dedicated and syndicated pharmacy sales teams as follows:

Territory 1: Southern & SW England. Laser syndicated sales team. Ideal candidate location should be in the Southampton/Portsmouth/Winchester/M3 area as 80% of calls are located there.

Territory 2: Scotland & North East England. Bayer dedicated sales team. Ideal location should be in the Glasgow/Edinburgh area as 80% of calls are located in Scotland.   

Our teams sell leading pharmacy brands many of which are regularly advertised in the media.    

The territories have up to 225 independent pharmacies which are called upon up to 6 times per day during our 8 weekly journey cycles.

The role of a Pharmacy Business Manager is to build long-term relationships within independent pharmacies in order to achieve sales and distribution targets of our clients' brands through professional negotiation. Detailing and education are key to ensure our products sell through. Candidates must therefore be confident, personable, motivated and enthusiastic in order to handle the autonomy of managing their own territory and exceeding our clients' expectations. To achieve and maintain our high standards, candidates must have great communication skills, drive and determination. Degree-level education is preferred.  

These roles would suit candidates wishing to develop careers in field sales within a fast moving and expanding organisation and we are therefore also prepared to look at candidates who may currently have retail sales or merchandising experience.
