Navson is a progressive and dynamic company operating in the FMCG arena. Our product range encompasses many sectors including retail, wholesale, cash & carry On-Trade and foodservice. Due to our expanding product portfolio and client base, we are looking to strengthen our sales team with an ambitious and driven new business sales individual.
This role is office based. The candidate must be within commutable distance to Egham, Surrey.
Job role responsibilities:-

Generating sales through prospecting for new business via cold calling & meetings

Managing your own diary and planning client visits, business plans, etc
-
Reporting directly to Sales Director
-
Full responsibility and realisation of KPIs (quantities and qualitative goals)

Once account is closed handing over to regional account managers with full analysis of the customer
Ideal candidate must:-

A friendly and outgoing individual who genuinely enjoys dealing with people
-
Someone with a strong background in sales.

Hunter with a proven track record of winning new business
-
Excellent written and communication skills are essential.

As well as having new business sales skills the person must come across as an articulate, presentable and credible business person

An extremely positive and proactive approach to work with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Ability to communicate effectively via face to face, telephone and written correspondence

Generate, identify and qualify new business prospects
