The job:

We take B2B seriously - delivering sales solutions that help our corporate customers connect with theirs. From small sole traders to giant multinationals, we provide business customers of all shapes and sizes with market leading products and amazing service. Customer satisfaction is a priority and we set our targets accordingly, meaning you can use your business development expertise to the full - identifying, developing and closing high-quality B2B sales.

The Location:

You'll be seeking out new customers in a field based role, therefore, you'll be a home based employee and, in this particular instance, we are looking for people who can work within the 'GU' postcode region, as well as professionals who can service the Southampton, Bournemouth, Salisbury and the surrounding areas. We'll kit you up with a company car and fuel card so that you can get around and, if you need to, we also have the facilities for you to book your train travel without having to worry about expensing it back at a later date.

What you'll do:

  • Really get to know your B2B prospects - what their businesses need and what motivates their buying decisions
  • Generate your own leads to maintain a great pipeline of potential business
  • Sell our whole product portfolio from voice and data to new customer solutions
  • Be an expert in your market - from customers to competitors, to technology to trends
  • Go above and beyond business targets for value added service revenues and customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate and detailed sales forecasts and share information


You'll definitely:

 

  • Have sound experience of direct sales in B2B corporate market, with a focus on new business acquisition
  • Know how to maintain a network of contacts and build relationships at all levels
  • Have real commercial acumen and a focus on financial issues
  • Be an outstanding communicator and negotiator
  • Show genuine team spirit and be ready to support your colleagues
  • See the bigger picture and embrace wider business change
