Our client are one of the best known, famous drinks business in the world with their key brands at the forefront of this fast paced category. The marketing teams key purpose is to create, develop & deliver industry leading concepts that step change the brand awareness and sales volume within the channel. The team works closely with the sales team to maximise the opportunities through the channel and act as a bridge between brand & sales.

The core elements of the role are:
* Collaborate with marketing, category and sales teams to bring to life the brand image through the on premise by creating unique events and concepts.
* Engage the consumer through the on premise by creating, managing and implementing the brands owned concepts that deliver added benefits to the customer.
* Build a sales engagement platform to drive relationships with owners, decision makers and venue staff to deliver channel strategies and increase sales in outlet.
* Use research & insight to identify new opportunities in the channel and increase the relevance of energy drinks. Creating the relevant tools and concepts to drive sales in outlet and consumer brand engagement.

This role is very much about recruiting the right person who is passionate about working with the drinks / on-trade space and understands that consumer. The core of this role is brand led but it has commercial elements & is certainly not traditional - as such it may suit a BM / SBM, a trade . shopper marketing manager or even a strong AD working agency side that is keen to step across to client side.

There will be 1 direct report in the role and whilst management experience is not essential it would be nice to have. A prerequisite will be entrepreneurial flair, sharp business acumen and a fun, positive outlook.
