An intriguing new opportunity has arisen within a rapidly expanding fruit juice company who pride themselves on using the highest quality, all natural ingredients to create innovative new blends and flavours. With a strong presence in one of the top four multiples they are now stocked in over 500 stores nationwide. They are also an established brand within the On Trade with key clients including Greene King. Moving forward they are looking to triple their turnover in the next 3 years by developing and maximising their potential in the currently untapped Foodservice channel.

As Channel Manager you will have full P&L responsibility for the already flourishing On Trade channel and the HoReCa side of the Foodservice market. Your direct accounts will make up approximately 40% of the overall business turnover. You will work closely with the Directors in the development of new products and be heavily involved of bringing those SKUs to market. In the longer term there is scope for the recruitment of your own team of Business Development Executives and the progression to Sales Director level.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will need a strong sales background from within the soft drinks industry with experience managing accounts across both On Trade and Foodservice channels. High calibre candidates from within other areas of the drinks industry may also be considered for this position. You will need to be incredibly driven and autonomous due to the hands on nature of the role, as well as being comfortable working initially as part of a small team. You will also need an innovative and inventive approach in order to support the company’s huge focus on new product development.
