We have a position with one of the country's leading importer of Mediterranean foods such as olives, antipasti, oils, pesto and balsamic vinegars. This supply of premium ranged products to the food industry has been going from strength to strength for over 20 years. As such a role is available for a hungry, driven and self-motivated Account Executive. As Account Executive you work alongside an existing team on current clients and new clients when supplying products into delis, restaurants, cafes, bars and artisanal retailers.

The successful candidate is most likely to come from a well-heeled Foodservice background. Having worked within restaurants and perhaps bespoke Mediterranean themed venues, you will know about food and have a genuine passion for food trends. Working throughout South London, Surrey, Kent and Sussex you should have a good understanding of the restaurant and deli scene within these regions. Full training will be provided but an aptitude for sales, account and relationship management is necessary if you are to be successful.

In this Account Executive position you will represent the business and its product range with enthusiasm, passion and demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills throughout. Field based for 4 days of the 5 (one day in the Northwest London office), route planning and diary management is a must. As a 'real foodie' you may already appreciate the balance between quality and price with regard to value. An ability to negotiate, managing customer expectations and delivering on promises made are key strengths where we will not accept second best.
