We are currently working with a large and highly respected fresh food business, who are currently looking for a Customer Marketing Manager. In order to keep up with the demands of the industry and their customers, they need to constantly staying ahead of the curve. Investing in consumer insight and customer marketing, is one of the ways this is being achived.

The Role:-
  • Working alongside the commercial team and helping to manage a key customer relationship through focussed market insight and customer marketing
  • Utilising a range of external data sources, pulling the information together and advising relevant actions for improvement of the category
  • Looking at the promotional activity and devising new, different and successful campaigns
  • Frequent customer interaction will form a key part of the role


The Candidate:-
  • Will have had at least a couple of years' experience in a category insight role, ideally within the food industry.
  • Will be able to work well at a range of levels, being equally comfortable in front of your own team as well as the customer.
  • Will good able to work well under pressure and be able to complete short notice ad hoc tasks.
