RSS Divisional Sales Manager

RSS is a privately owned business established in 1998 we are one of the fastest growing field sales organisations in the UK . As field sales and marketing experts, we represent some of the largest food and drink brands in the UK.

You will be looking after a new team responsible for gaining new distribution of our clients products.

The vacancy is for a Divisional Sales Manager, looking after our Van Sales team.

Responsibilities:

Total team performance and performance management

Field accompaniments

Results reporting to client, daily, weekly, monthly 

Call File management and development

Recruitment (as and when required due to leavers)

Coverage and achievement of all targets

Communication with KAM team to ensure adequate stocks in all Hub Depots

You will ideally have some previous management experience within the convenience sector.

Salary £26K pro rata (6 month initial contract), lunch allowance, company car/van
