Senior Brand Manager – Highest profile UK brand!

South East based

Up to £65,000 basic, car allowance, 10% bonus, pension & healthcare

This non-food FMCG organisation have over a 40% market share globally in the core category in which they operate. They are constantly re-inventing the wheel with their fantastic innovation pipeline and have an extremely loyal customer base. They are at the top of their game when it comes to training & development and their employees are at the core of everything they do. Their UK business is split into two product categories and all of the brands within these categories are prevalent on our supermarket shelves. They pride themselves on the progression opportunities and employees tend not to be doing the same role longer than 18 months before being promoted through the business. Due to an internal promotion, they now have a Senior Brand Manager role working on their highest profile brand!

The successful candidate will be responsible for their biggest brand in the UK so this is a huge role for this business. You’ll be expected to deliver all KPIs including net sales, share, and margin objectives. They will pick up the core business on this brand and be responsible for the development of an Brand Manager who will pick up the secondary products for this brand. Global communication is a key part to this role, because of how pivotal this brand is stakeholders across Europe will ask advice on projects & deliverables. Owning the development of the annual brand plan and communicating this up and down is imperative to success in this role.


The ideal candidate for this role will be a current Senior Brand Manager working in a classical FMCG environment. Maybe you’re working on a secondary brand and feel as if you’re ready to take on a higher profile role? People management is a pre requisite. If you’ve worked both locally and globally this may enhance your chances of securing this role. Strong commercial skills are essential within this role, as is the ambition to progress your career within a rewarding environment where you’ll have access to exceptional training & development.
