Field Sales Manager 

Based in Leeds, we are a leading distributor of premium natural health supplements and lifestyle equipment that has an exciting opportunity for a talented, intelligent, highly motivated Field Sales Manager (FSM). The successful candidate will manage a team of three field account managers and two inside (office based) sales personnel.  The primary role will be mainly based around London and counties north of London, however travel will also be required to support the team outside of this area.  

The FSM will be responsible for the generation of the operations sales budget and the strategic sales plan, monitoring sales performance in terms of actual to plan so as to ensure planned sales objectives are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Four year college business or management degree from an accredited institution or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum five years of sales management experience in a similar market sector or in a similar business to business sales environment such as FMCG.
• Experience in a wholesale to retail sales environment.
• A proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of both field and inside Account Managers .
• Education or extensive knowledge of nutritional products and VMS is preferred but not necessarily required.
• Clean drivers licence

Remuneration

Salary and commission. The package includes car and laptop
