Senior Retail Operations Manager – Fashion

Our client is one of the region’s largest retail groups with an unrivalled portfolio of retail brands across multiple product areas. With an extensive corporate structure they can offer fast career progression to stand out performers. Due to some internal movements they now seek a Senior Operations Manager to join one of their flagship concepts. However, the individual successful in securing this position must be capable of stepping up to be GM of the brand within a relatively short period – 12-18months.

The role will be responsible for 7 Area Managers and further team members covering VM. As above the intention is for this position to be fast tracked to GM level. You will be responsible for these large format sized stores covering Retail Operations, Sales & Profitability, Inventory Management, Store Design and People Development.  

As an individual it is essential you have past experience of managing multiple stores above 30,000 square feet in size and have a CV the demonstrates you are ready to make a step up to GM level in a short period of time. You will be have managed, led and developed teams successfully in the past for a major retail organisation.
