The location:

You'll be based in our London Head Office.

Paddington Station sits 2 minutes from the office and provides access to the rest of London, the UK and the world in a matter of minutes. London's West End can be reached within 10 minutes and Heathrow within 30 minutes. The job:

The Retail function of EE aspires to become the Retail diamond of the UK high street by transforming itself into the best and most innovative Retail organisation to work and shop at and the most profitable route to market for our business.

This role is critical to delivering on our commercial and customer aspirations providing reporting and commercial insight on Retail performance across the whole EE Retail estate

What you'll do:

• Lead insight into our Retail Estate's commercial and Customer score (NPS) performance
• Optimise trading and commercial performance across the Retail estate by providing critical insight and recommendations into key areas such as connection volume, mix, variance analysis, quality measures, volume ambition, value and productivity.
• Ensure the delivery of an up to date, insightful and accurate sales information service for Retail on a continual and ad hoc basis to support this aspiration, focussing on volume, value and productivity metrics.
• Support on an ongoing basis the roll out of the EE estate and to develop an appropriate reporting solution to monitor performance

You'll definitely have:

• Demonstrable expert knowledge of core BI system feeds and data management - Midas, Sales Reporting, Business Objects and SAP (including SAP Hierarchy Node management and ability to build key figures in SAP)
• Expert Excel user
• Demonstrable analytical & strategic thinking
• Demonstrable commercial acumen and sound financial understanding of what underpins Retail and company performance.
