Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to develop your career working in a Tesco implant role, within an East Midlands FMCG food business, who are part of a multimillion-pound national food group.
The main aim of this role is to support the relationship between our client and Tesco by identifying business opportunities in the Food-to-Go channel. You will spend two days per week in our client's East Midlands' head office and three days working in the Tesco head office (Hertfordshire) and visiting regional stores. You will be enhancing the relationship between the food business and Tesco by working with key stakeholders, supporting the commercial team, and co-ordinating the merchandising and promotions of my client's key products within the Tesco chain.
The successful candidate will have the following criteria:-
- A graduate with a marketing / commercial background or business management
- Strong commercial awareness with an insight into food retailing
- Experience of food merchandising is highly recommended
- Strong communication skills
- Must see this as a progressive start to your career
- Must be comfortable with working 3 days in Herts and 2 days in the East Midlands
