Infinite Group has a fantastic opportunity working as a Regional Development Manager covering the M4 Corridor for our clients Sony Mobile
Do you want to be part of the success of Sony Mobile?
We have an amazing opportunity for a Regional Development Manager who has thrived in a field environment and have proven experience of managing and training teams.
As a Regional development manager you will be responsible for a team of Area Development Managers within the mobile phone industry while managing all aspects of running an efficient training team; including, hiring, supervising, coaching, discipline and motivating them in their daily activities with stores.
Within your territory you will confidently build and develop relationships at regional level, implementing Sony Mobile retail strategies with keen retail and commercial awareness.
Spending the majority of your time in the field you will be a true leader, motivating and encouraging "out of the box" thinking and utilising all performance management tools including monthly reviews, coaching and mentoring for them to successfully deliver against commercial Key Performance Indicators and business objectives.
Salary: Up to £28,500
Benefits: Car and full mobile office
