Associate Director, Customer and Market Insights, European Sales & Marketing

What you become a part of
Reporting in to the Director of Strategy and Insights for the European Sales and Marketing team you will lead the development and delivery of value driving market insights. Whilst this role has no direct reports you will works as an integral part of the European Business Intelligence team working with stakeholders across the business as well as play a leadership role for the Insights community embedded in the country commercial teams.
What to expect
Deliver a steady stream of high value market insights to the European leadership teams, designed to enable day to day and strategic decision making
May include insights into retailer trends, channel dynamics, in-store technology developments, competitor strategy and tactics, industry consolidation etc.
This will be informed by continuous market tracking, focused on channel, customer and competitor developments based on publically available market intelligence related to the beverage industry
In addition, the role will deliver an annual strategic landscape assessment, identifying market trends and strategic issues and opportunities to inform CCE’s Long Range Plan
Deliver strategic projects which may include competitor deep-dive analysis, NPD analysis, channel trend forecasting and / or development of organisational insights capabilities
Qualifications
What we expect of you
You will have previously worked in an Insights role and a have background in FMCG, Retail or Consultancy. You will demonstrate the ability to communicate and influence across multiple channels and territories and the ability to prioritise work flow whilst managing a broad agenda.
