Since their humble beginnings they have grown into a global business, with sales in the excess of over $10 billion. The brand is constantly evolving, adapting quickly to the ever changing market place in which they operate. As a result of this, the business is experiencing growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Due to their continued success they are now seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team.

My client is offering an excellent opportunity to join the business as a Regional Sales Manager and complete a 12month ‘boarding on programme’; which will allow the successful candidate to get a thorough understanding of the business and its practices. Within the position you will be responsible for the management of a team of 9 direct reports, who in turn manage hundreds of regional sales representatives. This is a leadership position and will require motivational skills, and the ability to lead a team in order to drive sales. You will have full profit and loss accountability and be focused on delivering return on investment. As well as fulfilling your sales role, you will also work throughout the business, spending time within different teams to get an understanding of how the business operates and the various processes involved. This will include; marketing, product activation and training and development.

In order to be considered for this position the successful candidate will currently be working within a management position, preferably within a direct selling environment, large retail or within a blue-chip FMCG business. This is a commercial role and as a result, candidates must have strong commercial awareness and be business minded.
