As one of the UK’s leading suppliers of branded and private label dessert products my client offers a wide array of well recognised and innovate products. Their impressive portfolio includes Ice Cream, Gateaux, Cake and Pastry Desserts. As a business they have a strong presence within the Grocery Retail and Foodservice sectors. Due to the businesses recent growth and their future plans, my client now requires a National Account Manager to further grow and develop their Grocery Multiples business.

Role

As a National Account Manager you will report directly into the Sales Director, you will have full responsibility for the management and future growth of the Asda and Morrisons accounts. You will operate at a strategic level and be capable of identifying and then taking advantage of the numerous opportunities that exist within each account. You will work closely with the Marketing team in order to drive the current product portfolio and future brand launches. Given the fast based and ever changing market you will be involved in new product development and work closely alongside the NPD Team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will presently be working in an FMCG food business managing Top 4 retail accounts either at National Account Executive or Manager level. You will be a high achiever with a strategic and commercial mind and a proven history of increasing sales.
