An exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual has arisen within a large Blue Chip Drinks business. This business is renowned for having great, well known brands with fantastic heritage and sustainability. As a business with a multi-national presence in both the On and Off Trade, they supply the world’s largest retailers and groups and also sell to small, independent restaurants and bars. They have fantastic growth plans and are consistently investing in their people and infrastructure in order to achieve their goals. They now require an experienced Field Sales Manager to manage a team of Regional Sales Manager’s.

As Field Sales Manager you will be responsible for a team of Regional Sales Managers, whose task will be to deliver brand activation programmes within the individual outlets of National On Trade customers. You will become a member of the On Trade leadership team contributing to the development and execution of the channel agenda in alignment with Brand Strategies – Specifically delivery against Distribution, Visibility & Activation.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must have had experience in a man-management role, ideally in the drinks industry although this is not essential as applications will also be accepted from candidates with FMCG food experience. You must have excellent leadership skills, a strong personality and have the capability to manager and develop a team of individuals.
