The Role: This Customer Development Manager role is to focus on new business sales to companies which have fleets in excess of 50 vehicles. You will be calling on fleet managers, financial directors and operations managers as well as looking after a portfolio of existing accounts. Offering a highly tailored service, the successful customer development manager will enjoy full company and industry training and benefit from the ongoing career prospects that this large organisation can provide.

The Company: With nearly forty years of expertise in their sector, our client is the current market leader and enjoys a sales turnover in excess of £750 million throughout Europe. They offer contract hire and fleet management services and now seek a new Customer Development Manager in the Midlands.

For this Customer Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Strong field sales skills
• You will have sold a solutions, preferably technical capital equipment
• Candidates will be used to a tender-lead process
• A stable work history is essential and candidates will ideally be degree educated
