We are looking for people who may have out grown their first sales role and now want to add to their portfolio of skills. Or maybe someone who is really keen on a career in FMCG, post university/higher education, and needs the first step on the ladder. Out team represents brands on behalf of our Client partner, Coca-Cola Enterprises, one of the world’s greatest companies with a portfolio encompassing some of the world’s greatest soft drinks including Coca Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Glaceau Vitamin Water, Capri Sun, Powerade, Relentless and many, many more.

We need to add to our very successful Drinks team within the North East. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the UK’s most exciting field marketing agency, Orchid Field Marketing, winner of Grand Prix Gold Award “FMCG Team of the Year” at the 2012 FM&BE Awards.

You will be responsible for driving and retaining distribution of our brand within Wholesale depots, NUS sites and top Independent retail stores. You will achieve this by: -

• Building strong and commercial relationships with all contacts on territory
• Growing & maintaining distribution across the range
• Negotiating space, volume and incentives with key Wholesale contacts
• Introduce exciting NPD launch to new & existing accounts to maximise availability
• Being available to support key Brand initiatives across the UK and be prepared to stay away from home

The role requires Executives to work autonomously as well as within a team, you must be target driven, responsive to deadlines & fully accountable for personal & team objectives. You must be educated to at least A Level standard with the ideal candidate being of graduate calibre or have recent experience in FMCG sales.

• You must have high energy, personable style with a great attitude and personality
• A willingness to strive to be best in class
• Full clean driving license
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK

This is a full time role, Monday - Friday. You will be provided with a branded company vehicle & fuel card to use whilst at work. You will be provided with a laptop and smart phone. Full brand, sales and account management training will be provided both through induction period and on-going in the field and also at team meetings.
