The Company

Wrap Film Systems is an award winning market leader in supplying both branded and private label cling film and aluminium foil products. The Company employs over 300 staff and operates from a world class manufacturing and warehousing facility in Telford, UK. Wrap has doubled in size since 2006, and acquired the Bacofoil brand in 2009, which is now the UK’s leading retail supplier of branded foil, film, wraps and liners.

The Role

Wrap is currently recruiting for a National Account Manager / Senior National Account Manager responsible for managing the Baco brand within grocery accounts including Asda, Tesco, and Morrisons. You will be accountable for developing and implementing joint business plans with these accounts, in addition to other top retail customers, in order to generate profitable growth. You will look to build a strong category dialogue with customers, underlining the reputation of a company who understands and builds the category.

The Candidate

You should have relevant branded FMCG experience with a minimum of 5 years Account Management and/or Category Management within major Grocery retailers. You will have a demonstrable track record of delivering sustainable, profitable growth and have strong influencing and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will have a major role in the future of the business and as such you should be a high achiever with strength of character, who is able to create coalitions and alliances in order to achieve objectives.
