We are recruiting a Marketing Manager, to be based at our Harefield Office (UB9 6NS).

This position, which heads a team of 5, is responsible for contributing to business development and supporting delivery of key financial and market KPIs, as well as deploying and adapting the European Marketing Strategy for implementation in the UK and Ireland.  He/She will lead the team in designing the local marketing strategy and marketing plans as well as assisting the sales team by providing local marketing and trade marketing support . Further responsibilities include working with the Category Manager and the sales team to design the most efficient promotional plans based on market, competitor and BIC promotional analysis, assistance with managing local promotions, and supporting the team with regular business processes, e.g. forecasting and budgeting, and preparing and monitoring the brand support budget.

Experience and Skills

- Experience in similar role (Marketing, Project Management)

- FMCG or Consumer Durable background

- Man management experience

- Financial awareness e.g. P&L's, budgets

- Knowledge / awareness of major UK customers

- Experience in Digital Market and conducting market research
