Senior Commercial Manager - Top 4 - Deli

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join an award winning supplier of high quality Continental foods. They provide some of the finest foods from across Europe's most famous food producing regions, direct to their customers, with whom they have forged robust relationships over the past 50 years.

You will be working in the capacity of a Senior Commercial Manager responsible for a number of categories within one of the UK's top 4 retailers. You will be responsible for reviewing the performance of your category, promo-activity and overall performance of your account and category.  You will effectively manage the relationship with your customer and suppliers and will maintain contact with your customer on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and to resolve any areas of complaint.

Not only will your role be customer focused, you will also be responsible for finding and introducing prospective suppliers to the company. You will support the build of a joint business plan to ensure strategic alignment of business goals with your account and making sure that the plans are executed at all levels. It is also important the you pro-actively review and drive category growth opportunities for the customer.

You have an excellent reputation with your customers, a proven record of strategic category development, where you have worked with cross functional teams, to deliver successful business plans and promotional activity. 

Most importantly of all you will have a passion for food which will show in your excitement for the products you will be supplying.
