Job Details

Aqualisa is a leader in the consumer durables market and is looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to lead, coach and motivate 8 Area Sales Managers across the North of England.

To be successful in this role it is not necessary to have an understanding of Aqualisa’s industry but you will be an experienced Sales Manager, familiar with consumer goods sales processes such as a structured call and persuasive/consultative selling.&nbsp; Overall you will be responsible for maximising sales in the region and ensuring that company goals and strategies are met.</p> <p>

The key qualities which the successful candidate will possess include:

  • Strong customer focus
  • Outstanding organisational and planning skills
  • An ability to build effective teams
  • A deep understanding of other people
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • A high level of interpersonal savvy

You will be looking for a new challenge, possibly frustrated in your current role by red tape and a lack of authority/decision making and want to make a difference.
