Marketing Manager – B2B & Strategic Projects role for a market leading Contract Catering & Facilities Management company located to the South West of London responsible for owning and managing the brand and sub sector brands.

THE ROLE 

 

The key function of this Marketing Manager role is to maximise the companies B2B opportunity with responsibility for the 3 year strategic development, management and delivery of the B2B plan by sub sector. The marketing manager will have full responsibility of managing the Brand and sub-sector brands.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing social media, managing and delivering annual marketing plans, working alongside PR & Comms teams, managing external design and branding agencies and define and manage the B2B budget.

In addition, the Marketing Manager will take on the role as marketing lead in key strategic projects from concept through to execution.

 

 

THE PERSON 

 

We are looking for professional Marketing Managers with B2B experience who can find new/quicker ways of meeting goals, can display conviction in their judgement and decisions and responds quickly under pressure. The Marketing Manager needs to have the ability to delegate tasks and develop others. The successful candidate  will be able to take personal responsibility for correcting customer service problems, be used to setting demanding performance expectations and display a high level of energy and commitment to the organisation The Marketing Manager will have the ability to use influencing techniques to gain the necessary commitment and support from others, both internally and externally. This person needs to be a motivated self-starter with the desire to work for a market leader.

  • Ability to analyse and evaluate information
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in managing online platforms/social media
  • Some experience of working in a marketing function
  • Demonstrates Compass values and recognition principles
  • Experience of using process and planning to deliver consistent result to expectations
  • Commercially focussed with ability to measure impact and results
  • Approach to analysis of work problems and opportunities that allows commercially sound judgements to be made on time
  • Ability to quickly gain credibility with key stakeholder groups
