Our client, a globally successful FMCG business with instantly recognisable brands and market leading products is looking for a best in class Senior Marketing Activation Manager.



Reporting into the UK Marketing Director the role of Senior Marketing Activation Manager is responsible the development and delivery of the end to end activation plan for the UK grocery channel. With a team of ten covering social media, POS, shopper marketing and activation you will ensure the UK activation plan brings to life and enhances the brand plans for the best commercial effect.

  • Design and deliver trial programme for the UK using best practice sampling, and couponing techniques.
  • Championing innovative new ways of generating brand awareness, trial and consumer loyalty.
  • Design and deliver in-store marketing campaigns optimising efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Managing UK packaging plan ensuring optimum ROI
  • Team Management and development
  • BTL marketing activity for all UK Grocery customers




You will be an experienced Shopper /Customer/Trade/Activation Marketing Manager with experience gained in a fast paced FMCG business with experience across all of the UK Grocery accounts. Candidates with a broad FMCG marketing background and on/offline BTL marketing experience are also encouraged to apply. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to develop complex projects, deliver results and manage a large team.
