Job Details

Catman Jobs are recruiting a Category Manager for a branded business in the West Midlands region.

The Business 

Our client manages a nationally recognised Non food brand with a considerable Top 4 presence. This shift in focus has led to the commercial side of the business to grow over the past few years, a trend that is set to continue for the foreseeable future.

The Role

This has resulted in the need for an addition to the category management team, with the roles focal point aligned to the major mults. Shopper & market insight, will be a major focus from the outset, alongside traditional Category Manager principles. In addition, developing strategies to drive growth of the category will be an important part of the role.

The Individual

This client is looking for an individual with experience in the Top 4, with an understanding of the FMCG industry; ideally from a category background with a team orientated approach to the way in which they operate. This will be coupled with the necessary skills to build, understand and manage relationships with customers.
