Field Sales Manager will be a key member of the sales management team whose role is to lead, manage, develop and coach the regional sales team to exceed KPI's and execute company objectives for a leading Foodservice company.

Our client is a fast paced, market leader in Foodservice looking for a National Field Sales Manager.
Description
This leading Foodservice company is looking for a National Field Sales manager; who has a proven record of delivering results through coaching, leading, and development of his team. Your responsibilities will include:
- To manage, coach and develop you Sales Team
- To deliver new site targets in accordance with company objectives (monthly number & revenue target) To ensure a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- To liaise with channel managers
- To formulate a plan and execute field sales campaigns encompassing sales, marketing and telesales in accordance with the company strategy
- To develop engagement with symbol retailers regional sales team to maximise leads Based in South or Midlands as will you will be required to go to office 2 times a week.
