For example, we are the only provider in our space to offer a supplier certification scheme, whereby law firms must undergo a rigorous assessment before joining our panel.  Our lender clients are therefore reassured that the law firm acting for them offers services of the highest probity and reliability at the best value/cost ratios in the market.  The end result is that they mitigate the risk of mortgage fraud, ensure a process that treats the end customer fairly and do all of this within an appropriate cost structure.

Hopefully all of the above speaks to our most important business differentiator; namely that we really care about our clients, whether they be of 15 years standing or newly won.  This is why we now wish to recruit another Account Director and it is also the reason why your previous industry or functional experience is far less important to us than your personal approach.  We want you to think and behave the way we do.  Think customer.  Deliver beyond expectations.  Be totally trustworthy.  We can provide the sector and technical know-how; but you need to provide the attitudes and behaviours associated with being a really great Account Director.  If you can do that, we want to hear from you.
