This is your chance to lead and shape customer service strategy for the UK's leading cider and beer business. Alongside the eponymous lager, Heineken's fantastic brands include Strongbow, Bulmers, Foster's, Kronenbourg 1664, Desperados and a wide range of speciality brands. As well as our predominantly UK-based brewing business, we're passionate supporters of the great British pub. Our Star Pubs & Bars business currently owns around 1,100 high quality pubs nationwide.
We will look to you to create an industry leading customer service culture. Fostering collaborative relationships with a variety of people internally and externally, you'll be the ultimate customer service champion of Heineken UK. Indeed, you'll establish a robust approach to customer relationship management that enables us to review and align our customer service with customers' objectives and strategy.
With a remit spanning our whole supply chain, you'll make sure we develop and exceed our customer service targets. You will develop and manage cost to serve and supply chain trading terms, and personally act as lead relationship manager and commercial liaison. Along the way, you will regularly benchmark our services and actively shape both practice and capabilities. Under your direction, our reputation for simply brilliant customer service will grow and grow.
You will be a key part of the Customer Services & Logistics leadership team and bring with you the enthusiasm and experience to drive increasing fmcg capability.
You will bring to the role significant experience of business to business client / supplier relationship management at a senior level, within a service provision context. In particular, you have an impressive track record within logistics or sales operational environments. Engaging, inspiring and driven to succeed, you have a flair for leading and coaching teams. With a collaborative approach, strong external focus and facility for global thinking, you have a talent for both formal and informal negotiation and stakeholder management at the highest level.

Company
Heineken was formed in April 2008 when Heineken NV acquired Scottish & Newcastle plc. The name was changed to Heineken UK in November 2009. There are some 2,500 of us, brewing beer, making cider, wholesaling and distributing our drinks, and managing around 1,500 pubs through our STAR Pubs & Bar's business. That number also includes all the people who work hard to sell and market our brands, look after our liquid assets, keep control of our supply chain… the list goes on.
We’re home to some of the UK’s most iconic brands and our vision is to be the UK’s most admired branded drinks company and Heineken business. We have three core values that shape how we do business: Passion for Quality, Respect and Enjoyment of Life.
