The Business

The business is about to push the £100Million turnover mark thanks to their purchase of a sizable ready meals business linked with category leading brands such as Weight Watchers within their portfolio. Prior to the this the organisation has one a plethora of industry awards from Grocer Product of the Year to the Sunday Times “One of the Best Companies to Work for”!

The Role

As part of this acquisition they are searching for a seasoned Brand Manager to help spearhead this new and exciting channel.  The role reports directly into Senior Marketing team and you will be ultimately responsible for directing their licensed brands marketing strategy. With this will come pacey career progression and the chance to market leading brands in a fast growing channel – How good would that look on your CV?

The Individual

This role will be a challenging but very rewarding opportunity for commercially minded, solutions driven brand markeeter who wants to join a seriously rewarding organisation.  Any evidence of brand building within licensed brands will be well received although not essential. What is essential is a “win win” mentality and the ability to “roll up those sleeves” when needed. There is also a defined and pacey progression plan in place for the right individual.
