The company is a small but mighty start-up business with an innovative product and an enviable brand. The husband and wife duo set about developing a great tasting and premium coffee sourced from the finest Brazilian beans; their passion and love for coffee truly drove their success. As they are a tight knit streamlined team you will play a fundamental part of the business and will be able to develop and grow with the team as well as being part of their many successes. They have incredible drive and ambition and are looking for a Sales Executive to help catapult them into category dominators and beyond in the next 18 months.

 This position and is focused on new business development, gaining new distribution and listings as well as supporting the business growth over the coming years by injecting passion and salesmanship. You will be helping manage national accounts, developing promotions, and networking with influential clients. Accounts will involve high end restaurants, hotels and coffee shops; as well as dealing with high profile accounts such as chain coffee shops. The company are due to hold an event, which will be advertised in a speciality magazine in January, therefore if you able to get involved by that stage, you will have the opportunity to look after sales for this event as well as samplings and tastings.  Keeping an eye on the competition is fundamental to building the strongest brand out there so having a passion for FMCG, and especially coffee, is essential.

 They need hard working winners in their company in order to succeed; people who go above and beyond, people willing to help out across the business, get stuck in and get results. As a junior position you may not have experience in this sector but if you have the willingness to work we will give you the tools to succeed. If you do have experience in the coffee industry and can bring your expertise to the company then your success will be accurately rewarded.

 This is a position that only happens once in a company’s lifecycle and the opportunity to be in at this stage is something very few people get. Being in at the beginning of something big not only means you are pivotal in shaping the future of a quality brand but you have the opportunity to reap what you sew!
