A vacancy has arisen within Greater London for a Sales Executive, someone who can manage a challenging role, with very strong interpersonal skills, a general can-do attitude and who can prove a successful career in sales in the premium foodservice market.

You will be responsible for achieving agreed sales turnover and gross profit targets, maximising sales volume across the product range, to your portfolio of independent fine dining restaurants but also national restaurant and hotel groups.

We believe that having the right people in our business is the key to our success. You must be able to demonstrate a successful experience in sales in the fresh fish, meat and game foodservice market. You must have the capacity to win and build new business.

The successful candidate must have:

· A good understanding and knowledge of fresh fish, meat, game

· Drive for growth

· Excellent communication skills

· Efficient negotiating skills

· High analytical skills and high level of IT competency, particularly Excel.

· Demonstrable planning and organisational skills
