The Role: The Regional Sales Manager will responsible for team of 8 field sales executives across the Northern region. Your team will be developing relationships with independent pharmacies and symbol group accounts selling a range of world famous brands in the healthcare and beauty sector. The Regional Sales Manager will be tasked with training, motivating, recruiting, analysing and driving the team forward in all areas. You will be rewarded well for your team's performance and offered genuine career progression down the line should you make a success for this opportunity.

To be considered for this role you must have a strong background in man management in the FMCG, healthcare, pharmacy or B2B sectors. You must be analytical, motivational, competitive, career focused and highly organised.

The Package for Regional Sales Manager:

  • Salary: £50,000 Basic
  • Bonus / OTE: £70,000

Location: The position of Regional Sales Manager covers Yorkshire, the North West and North East of England. You can be based anywhere in these areas.
