What you’ll be doing


You’ll be a key customer contact on one of our top grocery accounts. It will be down to you to drive the development of your account by building exceptional relationships and taking the lead in customer negotiations. That’s going to include creating and managing a world-class joint business plan to drive revenue growth. You’ll have full P&L responsibility as well as building and agreeing an investment plan to drive our annual operating plan objectives. Not only will we give you real autonomy, prove to us that you have what it takes to excel here, and your performance will be rewarded with exceptional opportunities for career progression.

 

What we’re looking for

 

The proven ability to manage a top grocery customer for a complex FMCG brand portfolio, you’ll have shown yourself to be a compelling, inspirational communicator who knows how to deliver results. You’re also a creative thinker – someone who can build a vision of the future and develop a plan of action to make it a reality. As a driven, highly ambitious sales professional, it goes without saying that you have a strong commercial acumen – we’ll need to see an in-depth understanding when it comes to the management of P&L and both volume and profit forecasting processes.
