Our client is part of a USA Corporation that provides leading-edge pet nutrition products and expertise to pet owners, veterinary professionals and pet speciality retailers worldwide. Influential business strategies followed by detailed execution ensure that they are a market leader within their field. This approach, combined with an innovative product range ensures that they have the infrastructure for future sustained growth. They are looking to appoint an outstanding high potential Senior National Account Manager to lead both direct and third party field sales teams whilst managing a selection of Specialist Pet Wholesale Customers.

With full P&L responsibility, you will shape and develop an effective JBP, with a focus on working cross functionally both internally and externally to implement collaborative and effective future sales and profit growth strategies. They are seeking to appoint an ambitious individual who is looking to step up their commercial career, having been well trained and developed within a FMCG blue chip business and currently directly managing major wholesale or convenience retail multiple accounts.

You’ll need experience of modern FMCG field team management through third party providers together with a strong level of modern customer management experience. Knowledge of consumer insight analysis, category management, JBP management, cross-functional working together with effective negotiation skills and abilities, are essential. With an outgoing, enthusiastic and highly personable style, you will love to influence, deploy business solutions and lead the team to achieve both your business and personal goals.
