Having completed a successful strategic restructuring of the business and a further strengthening of their commercial team, they now have an exciting platform to continue to grow their business.

As part of the next phase, the company is now looking for an energetic, engaged and successful commercial professional.

Reporting to the Sales Director, this is an important strategic role managing the Grocery Multiples which account for a substantial part of the business. With full responsibility for P&L and leading/coaching a team of 3 National Account Managers as well as management of a key multiple account of your own, you’ll drive all commercial aspects of growing the branded and own label product portfolio, including joint business planning, terms negotiation and category development.

This is a role for an ambitious SNAM working on one or more of the Top 4 within the Grocery Channel with outstanding team leadership skills and a strong focus on performance development, looking to step up to the next level.

We’re looking for senior level commercial acumen gained within an FMCG non-food, food or drink branded company and a proven track record of profitable sales growth.

This is a home based role with c.2 days per week attendance at their East Midlands based offices.
