Job Details
Reporting in to the Category Controller, the position will have a good mix of retail interaction, market data analysis and work closely with marketing. Teamwork skills are essential as you will be working alongside the controller on devising and executing category plans whilst interfacing with internal stakeholders and their teams. You will have a good eye for detail and knowledge / experience of using retail market data and have the ability to identify gaps and trends for development.
The successful candidate will have the following criteria:-
- Experience of the working with UK Grocery retailers
- Understanding of category management and market data sources such as Kantar, Nielsen, Dunnhumby or IRI
- Enthusiastic about food products and must be results focused
- Must be comfortable with working within the East Midlands region on a daily basis
- Degree educated
