As a Retail Development Manager, you will plan, deliver and exceed business targets for one of our key clients, Ferrero UK. You’ll need the skills to analyse complex data, create compelling stories and influence Store Managers to ensure that Ferrero products always enjoy a competitive advantage.

FSS is working in close partnership with Ferrero UK to deliver some ambitious growth plans. In fact, we’re already ahead of schedule and FSS is expanding rapidly. We’re looking for energetic, ambitious graduates who have already begun their career within FMCG sales. You’ll be able to develop solutions, influence customers and inspire continuous improvement.
