Director of Sales & Marketing

Our client is a well established food manufacturing business with strong Scottish heritage.  They are the leading manufacturer in their product group and have a good customer base including major retailers, foodservice and industrial.  This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding high calibre individual to join as Director of Sales and Marketing to manage the existing team and open up new growth avenues for the company.

The role will involve:

• Strategic prospecting and development of new business

• Man management, coaching and development

• Management of existing business

• Developing and maintaining high level retail trading relationships

Applicants must have:

• Experience of high level top 4 retail interaction.

• Ability to win new business

• Experience of selling products at a premium and maintaining margins

• Man management experience

This role will be based in central belt of Scotland. An excellent package is on offer to attract high calibre individuals.
