E-commerce Manager

Our client is a world famous premium food company recognised for their dynamic marketing strategy and forward-thinking innovation. With a strong presence in the department store channel and their own retail presence our client also enjoys a strong presence in all key and emerging markets around the world.

As they continue to expand their business presence in EMEA across a multi-channel strategy within the next 3 years, they are seeking an E-commerce Manager to support this ambitious expansion plan from a marketing strategy point of view.

Key responsibilities will include leading the development and execution of the integrated marketing plans and multi-channel strategies. This will involve working closely with agencies to develop and execute direct communication strategies with the aim to maximize brand engagement, retention and annual spend through strategic planning of integrated customer lifecycle programmes.

The successful candidate will be degree educated with strong retail or premium brand experience, currently in a consumer engagement position with a focus on driving sales through the e-commerce channel. You will have strong organisational and planning skills, with an excellent balance of strategic and operational thinking. You will need to demonstrate that you can take ownership as you will help to shape the online strategy. You will be highly commercial and creative and will have exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
