European Business Development Controller

Hudson James Human Capital Group are currently partnering with one of the largest food manufacturing businesses in the UK on a number of interesting opportunities.

Are you looking for an exciting Commercial role within the FMCG market? Do you have experience with developing, launching and managing food products the UK and European Market?

As European Business Controller and Special Projects Manager you will be working closely with foodservice customers with responsibility for the QSR End Users. You will be developing the European sales across all sites by making sure strategic planning is in place; you will have budget responsibility for this and will be a point of contact in order to support all sites.

You will be looking after a number of Top Tier QSR’s whilst reporting into the Commercial Director who you will be working closely with on special projects in order to develop new opportunities.

You will be responsible for orders and contracts whilst working with the NPD department. This will also include working alongside the marketing team on new product launches; therefore you should have excellent market knowledge.

To be successful it is essential to have excellent proven experience within the foodservice / QSR market with perfect understanding of their values. You will be in charge of a team there should be an extremely influential person who is able to develop people. It is also key that you have previous multisite experience within the European market.
